The Person

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent German (native speaking level) and good English
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets and products (CFDs, Spread Betting, Social Trading)
  • Relevant university degree
  • Sales/relationship management experience, preferably in the retail finance industry desired but not essential
  • A real desire and ambition to succeed
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Motivated to reach targets and achieve financial success
  • A dynamic and effective team player with strong work ethics
  • An exceptional and professional telephone manner, strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the confidence to build and develop good relationships with clients

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a book of clients and trying to maximize their investments with ayondo
  • Developing new client relationships and retaining existing ones
  • Phone trading – execution of trades and orders from clients over the phone
  • Servicing clients via phone and email
  • Frontline handling of trade queries
  • Representing ayondo at trade fairs
  • Working closely with the trading desk and client services departments

Client Services - Singapore

ayondo is regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the UK, and by the BaFin in Germany.  ayondo has offices in London, Frankfurt, Toronto, Zug and now in Singapore.

To support our newly opened operation in Singapore, ayondo is recruiting, with an initial focus on Client Services staff. Candidates will need to be educated to Graduate level, and to be permanent residents in Singapore.  As an integral part of the Global Client Services team, the candidate (s) will liaise primarily with clients, sales, compliance and other departments on a daily basis, both in Europe, as well as in Singapore and the region.  It is, therefore, essential that the candidate is a good team player with a proactive attitude and an interest in developing a career in the financial services industry.

Key requirements:

  • A dynamic and effective team player with strong  work ethics and a good academic background
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to  detail.
  • A professional telephone manner, strong  communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Languages Fluent in English and Mandarin. Other  language abilities an advantage.
  • Permanent Resident in Singapore

The Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Opening client accounts in line with the companies KYC and account opening policy.
  • Electronically create files for clients.
  • Update various spreadsheets.
  • Responding to client queries via both emails and  phone (also potentially Live Chat).
  • Logging all client contact on CRM system.
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties.
